Your right there is no certainty in this process or even the events afterwards. I’ve always been balanced on this. Not because I’m a clever dick but because having read what I have done it’s clear the PL are taking this all the way. The O & D test is supposed to protect the club. The ARB is meant to prove separation. In a perfect world where bias and corruption doesn’t exist then both outcomes whatever they are would be the right ones. But the world isn’t perfect and the corruption is real. BUT the process of ARB should be unbiased. And I believe it will be.
The process will see justice prevail. Two of the countries most senior retired judges are on the panel. They are intelligent, knowledgeable and fair. They are a counterweight to any bias by Beloff. They are also experts.
The Premier League would be much better off as a big 18-20 instead of a big 6. Which underlines how personal greed and corruption will always trump fairness.
There's loads of big clubs in it and below it.. Successful and greedy is another string to a select bunch of them.

Shocking if true. I don’t understand how this can take so long. There can’t be that much evidence for separation. There can’t be much at all. Surely the ARB result has to be working towards a deadline or what’s the point? @Sheikh_of_Araby if a decision is made at ARB is the result allowed to be released by either party!
It was expedited to July for reasons mate which where probably for the preparation of the new season. The whole point of it was to define a result so the club can plan. We are now stuck between a rock and a hard place.
