We can't be sure in arbitration, but we can think it'll go for or against us. I'm still hoping arbitration doesn't happen and my opinion was always based on demarcos words
Of course they're because at this point they might aswel flip the coin... Transparency would change that hence the push for it, but unfortunately Boris is obviously a Tottenham fan or something
I’m still convinced that’s the only way they get out scott free with the big six. If they deal pre ARB then they invite the big six wrath. If they lose at ARB they say to the big six we did everything we could to block it. That’s why I’ve said from the start it would always go to ARB.
Yes, but you're claiming one as an absolute cert.. The Sheikh_of_Araby is claiming the same. I've simply pointed out in our qcs own words that anything could happen even if you've got a very strong case
Please don't start today mate I've provided the comments from demarco and I'm simply pointing out that claims the case can't be lost are unwise.
Exactly. Bein has over the course been given a new broadcasting deal. And had the piracy issue significantly resolved in their favour. So they have come out well. The only entity which hasn’t benefited is the consortium. They have jumped through hoops and are still getting shat on.
Ind eed it can go either way if it was a coin toss. But the evidence should point to the right decision and fairness. If you trust the process then the outcome is the right one for all involved if you think about it.
Read the conversation through and it's clear someone is saying the case can't be lost. I simply offered a balanced view and provided evidence. Why is it whenever someone offers a balanced view or a negative one that people start getting shirty.
You're view point is all the options which is not exactly a viewpoint People are looking at the given circumstances and giving a general opinion. IE we'll win it.
