I believe literally nothing that I hear come from the US, after having seen the extraordinary levels of propaganda issued by QAnon and such. The thing with Trump was that his ludicrous self-absorption was writ large for all to see - whether there was even more going on behind the scenes is anybody's guess.

Anyway, this is not the thread for this stuff. There's the equally fantastical business of transfer rumours to consider.
