I think I have a bit more respect for someone who tries to put it in a corner than I do for a 'safe and cross my fingers' penalty. Rashford's, even though it was off target, was inches away from being an excellent one. Maguire's really caught the eye, but let's be honest, it could as well have broke someone in row Z's nose as the camera in the goal.
Saka and Sancho both perfect height for keeper too , I don’t mind missed penalties if the keeper makes an amazing save , but they really were poor penalties . Put them low or high but never 3 foot off ground , frustrating .
Interesting to see 2 18 year olds where nicked on Friday over theft of equipment enabling “fans” to break in to Wembley. The plot thickens.
