One of my vans got wrote off because a stolen car crashed into it.

The insurance towed it away, with all the gear in the back, to Teeside, they wrote it off then wanted me to go all the way down to teeside to get my gear.

I refused and told them to bring it back to me and I'll clear it out.

Van was outside my work, having been emptied, Pikey chapped my door, offered my £1200 for the van (despite me telling him it wasn't my van and had been written off) needless to say, took the money and ran.

Insurance have never contacted me since but my premiums went up as the write off was a fault on my part somehow.

I worked at Finnart. It's a BP tank farm and harbour. Great place to work. Very quiet.
