It's never going to end..

 

I thought it was widely acknowledged that this was not appealable?

 

I am pretty sure that CAS is the appeal route for decisions made by a sporting governing body. Whether that includes the PL though I am actually not sure.

 

The PL are not making the decision though are they? It's being taken out of their hands by the arbitrators.

 

I'm related to one of the top female antrtrust / competition lawyers on the planet and when I ask her about our takeover she always says she couldn't give a sh!t....

 

It is. But there is always a higher tribunal. It seems as though it is a grey area.

 

That's not what we want to hear. This bollox needs to be over and done with before the season starts.

 

Thats how I read between the lines on that one.

 

Just sign willock and Gallagher and I don't care about this that much anymore.

that a wise thing given where we are right now. I mean I’m assuming there’s method. But winding up the already biased panel wouldn’t bode well?

A QC involved in arbitration posts a photograph of a book relating to arbitration....

 

Surely he's bound to a have a few books on arbitration.

I would say arbitration won't happen because the books been closed on it personally
