I mean he does have some evidence. There is a reason NUFC tried to get the chair of the panel removed. He failed to disclose highly relevant information to previous work undertaken on behalf of the PL which was dismissed on time passed. So you could argue quite clearly that the suspicion the arbitration is rigged holds water. I certainly wouldn't trust the guy just because he's reached the top of his profession. In fact that would be a good reason not to trust him Events so far don't give me much confidence this will be playing out fairly. The PL have already been shown to be corrupt. So if they could exert influence, they almost certainly will.
This thread appears to be some sort of in joke between a couple members. When people admitted to pretending to be ITK others just laugh about it. It's best just to ignore the top posters in the thread. I don't get it but hey ho.
You regularly state what you think as fact. @Sheikh_of_Araby has: done deliberate bait pretended that he knew what was going in in the arbitration(to clarify that he just knew what was going in in CAT) admitted that he did not know what was going on in CAT but used his knowledge of the overall process to imply that he did. I now know what the score is and it can be amusing. But for new members coming in not know that the thread is a joke it can take a little time to work that out.
The thread is only a joke in places. The majority of discussion based on a piece of released information at that given point Obviously if you come in at a later date everything written may or may not be in context with what is now known.
The issue is coming in later means you are not in on the in jokes so it is difficult to know what the jokes and are vs real info. It is what is is right and as I say it is now amusing not a big deal. I imagine it would maybe put off new members joining though.
To be fair the current jokes are down to be members coming here and taking what is said as fact without them looking at any further information for the context then posting it on Twitter. That's their issue. At least read several pages before the latest comment if not up to date and seeing as we have lots of newbies who are not posting anyway they could at least start at comment 1 and work there way through. Though my suggestion would be to temporarily block @Roy Munson and you'd only have to read a few pages.
Some of the comments on that NDM shows how stupid some of our fan base are. No wonder some people fall for @Sheikh_of_Araby baiting
Indeed. In their defence I thing everyone is just looking for that ray of hope. Something, anything. What has been shown is that when news comes it comes from no where. No one knows anything. Which at least allows us (or me at least) just to see the comic value of the pretend ITK, baiting, what ever we want to call it.
