Since the beginning of the 2010/11 season we have played 49 games in total.

    W - 14
    L - 22
    D - 14

    A win ratio of 28.57%

In the calendar year of 2011 we have played 28 games

    W - 7
    L - 16
    D - 5

    A win ratio of 25%

Since the beginning of the 2010/11 to yesterday we have played 46 EPL games.

    There were 138 points available
    We took 56 of them
    Average 1.21 points per game

This season we have played 8 EPL games
    W - 1
    L - 4
    D -3

    24 points available
    We have taken 6
    Average 0.75 points a game

Which ever way you keep looking at it, its absolutely ****e. How much longer we keep limping along like this will determine whether we survive this season imo.

In his interview after yesterdays result, Bruce reckons we have only had one bad game,
Norwich (a), this season and apart form that everything is rosy in his world? That statement alone should convince everyone that this bloke has lost the plot completely.

I dare bet he already has his excuses ready for the next 3 games now and I'll write his after match interviews now shall I?

Bolton - "well they are a tough team and a good solid team and we played them at the wrong time after they got a win under their belts"

Villa " well, we all know Benty's quality in the 6 yard box and we just gave him too much room for his 2 goals but we will bounce back from this and we will still be top 10 in May, even though we are bottom 3 now"

Man Utd "well we just got off to a bad start and coming back from 3-0 down at half time, I thought we were magnificent to keep the scoreline down to 6 - 0 at the end. I take a lot of positives from that and the fact Wigan are stopping us from being bottom tonight"

Please Mr Short, dont let this drag on any longer. Act now for the sake of the clubs future, both short term and ultimately, long term as well.

    You his speech writer Cest?
The thing you forgot about though is his defeatist attitude before games. He always bigs the opposition up the manager is great, the team are full of confidence, such and such a player is one I've admired for a long time. Why not reign that in and big our players up instil a bit of confidence in them before the game. After the game is when you say how much you respect/like/admire whoever that is good sportsmanship whether we win lose or draw.
I dread to think of the team he'll put out next week against another fragile defence.

Bolton are as bad as us but I know where my money is going and then we have the return of the Judas.

It would be highly ironic if its his goals that finish Bruce at the SOL. Maybe I will forgive him if he gets rid of our hapless ****er in 2 weeks time.

If we lose every game till christmas then we will be relegated. Simple as.

The problem I see for Bruce is that I just cant see where our next win is coming from. The way he negatively sets up the team, even at home as witnessed in the scum game, tells me we will struggle to win many games. We may well draw quite a few and lose a great many but win games? Not with this manager.

I only hope Ellis Short has the thing under control because the manager certainly hasnt.

Sadly mate i think Short is happy balancing the books but he needs to realise Bruce can quite easily get a club relegated and this will cost him millions if that happens.

He needs to act quick but i fear he won't. It doesn't help the he has Bruce's pr man in his ear (Quinn) praising the fat geordie twat all the time!

I think he done well in the first 2 years, as your manager and deserves time for this, but if you don't win either of your next two games then I would probably change my mind and say he should go and think this would be the point where Short would sack him.

I was about to ask what your feelings would be about Judas if that was the scenario.

I decided after the Norwich game that I wasn't going to any more games for as long as Bruce is there. But if I was going to the Villa game, I'd stand up and applaud Darren Bent to the skies. O.k., we might have had another striker who would have got twelve of his 24 goals, but it's worth remembering that we only survived by the skin of our teeth anyway that season. Take twelve goals away from what we got - and you just know where we would have been.

For what he did for this club, Bent deserves a damn sight better reception than I think he's going to get. It's only my opinion, but I think people are very unfair to him. I know he left badly, but while he was here, he saved our balls.
