Off to watch the lad play footy again, friendly against Merthyr Town.

 

Couple days off now and I've had a nice morning baking in the kitchen. My Lion King cupcakes are done and chilling near the window. Banana loaf is currently in the oven and should be done in another 20-25 minutes. All infused with cannabis, of course.

Don't think I could eat or drink that at this time of night, the sugar and caffeine would keep me awake. Or does the added ingredient counter act it?

 

It's came out bang on tbf. I'll probably sleep for a week after I've eaten all this. There's 10 grams in here. That's like the equivalent of 25 joints

 

Fair shout with the coffee but yeah the cannabis will counter act that. I always eat just before I go to sleep, I couldn't sleep otherwise.

 

Interesting, I avoid sugar and caffeine after about 4pm, I am an old ****er though I suppose. I quite like the idea of it all though.

I went through a spell of trying that. I finished my last coffee with my tea and then had a hot chocolate before bed. It's not the same, though. I enjoy my coffee too much.

I never put sugar in my hot drinks, always honey.
