Got to be honest about Fraser, really hoped we would have been in for him this year.

He’s a poor man’s Dembele(Fulham/Spurs) always on the half turn and comfortable carrying the ball at a defence, committing people.
We’ve not had that type of player for years.

Great signing for Ipswich, really hoped we’d be in for him…
He’s an attacking midfielder who turns forward and looks to play through gaps for runners. Gooch and McGeady also commit people. Diamond should do more of it.

He plays the same role as Embleton, Pritchard and Josh Hawkes so i think we're pretty well stacked for creativity. We also have Onien and Dan Neil who can play that role.
We cant just sign players based from a good last season. Im not going to lose sleep over not signing a player whos previous clubs have been MK Dons and Burton albion. If he was that good he'd be heading to the Championship next season.

We keep talking about Wigan and Ipswich making big moves. All they are doing is signing league one players. We are a bit of a shambles at the moment but I’m not exactly jealous of them 2.
Anyone know what Ipswich paid? Seen hints of £1m? At that price I’m not surprised we weren’t in for him.
Signing him would have pushed Hawkes further down the pecking order aswell. I have high hopes for him next season
The only player that has been signed that I'm envious of is Rekeem Harper to Ipswich from West Brom. I think they paid a few quid for him. He looks way above this league.

I’ve not seen anything from Embleton to suggest that he carries the ball into areas that hurt the opposition in the same way that Fraser does.
What has Hawkes done at this level to warrant your claim that we are well stocked? I’m hopeful on Pritchard but we aren’t comparing eggs with eggs.
You and others don’t agree and that’s fine but unless/until we bring in lads who can cover the roles we need then I’m not convinced that we are going to be successful in our aim of getting promoted this time.
Hawkes hasnt done anything but how will we know how far he can go unless we give him a chance and based from last seasons performances i think he deserves one!
How often did you watch Blackpool play last season? Embletons creativity was one of the reasons why they had such a successful season, do you really think we should buy Fraser and not give him a chance now that he's back with us? Have a word with yourself
