That's the idea. They mention 'racist messages', without clarifying that they're overwhelmingly cartoon monkeys being sent to millionaire adult men by 12 year old Arabs and Latinos. Then they mention a 'defaced mural' in England without clarifying that the graffiti in question has absolutely no racial basis. And yet, millions are led to the notion that the three negro gentlemen who missed penalties on Sunday have been subjected to a barrage of obscene abuse and death threats and whatever else from their white neighbours. That's the whole point of the propaganda campaign.
