The local Labour party are organising somewhat of a coup against Geraghty anyway apparently. Only so they can get another "comrade" (yes, they actually still use that language) in his place though, so don't get your hopes up.
I have mixed feelings on it all, on one hand, if he loved the city that much he'd invest where he could no matter who was in charge, on the other hand, here's a bloke trying to help a city nobody else will touch and he's getting stick for it. If I was him I'd probably spit my dummy out. I hope Prescott gets some recognition for this though, say what you want about him, he clearly loves this city.
Gerraghty needs either a bypass built over his house or a triple one in his brain.. that or a one-way-ticket to *****lia with a bunch of sweaty pikeys in a transit van and a XXL candyfloss stuffed down his neck to represent Hull bloody Fair.. he can set another commie version up next to the effin great wall..
