I'm correcting some Hull fans who initiated that talk on a previous thread. They claimed A) that there'd be more Brighton fans there than there were for the Leeds game and B) that there'd be more Hull fans there than Leeds. They were wrong on both counts and I have every right to correct them on that. Suppose I could call them a stuck record if I really wanted to. I'm not bragging, just correcting. It does come as some consolation that we have the biggest away support in the country. But yeah, it's pretty gutting how **** we are compared with where we have a divine right to be. Ah well. I think recent events prove that to be true.
I appreciate your reasons for the correction, but your assertion that you're 'correcting some Hull fans who initiated that talk on a previous thread' is not entirely accurate now is it? In fact, some Hull based Leeds supporting gobshite initiated it and was quite rightly shot down for being a ****er. In these circumstances, accuracy is not really important, it's the principal that matters.
I meant that the specific subject areas of you taking more fans and of Brighton fans being keener on one game were initiated by Hull fans. You're right, EY White started the whole 'our attendance vs your attendance' stuff.
Truth be known, I never thought for a minute we'd take more than you, your home attendances may be poor, but your away support has never been in question. The fact is, that there's been only about a thousand difference between the best and the worst attendances at the Amex, so there was never likely to be that much in it. I just thought I'd wind the twat up.
hard to disagree with this ^^^^^^^ and a point was just about fair overall. with waggy - barmby missing stewart not far away now City will get stronger and thats before the Jan window opens. yep its looking good.
