So...is there anywhere we can go and watch this game near the stadium... really want to absorb this once in a lifetime occasion so we pondering if we should head down on Sunday No chance of getting tickets for final..was up for it
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-birmingham-57763362 Give this man a knighthood. That’s altruism at its best. Better still Boris Johnson’s seats for the final.
What's everyone's plans for the final then? Pub or at home with loved ones? Anyone gonna head to London and try and blag a ticket? I've not decided where to watch it yet but I think I'll watch it with my lad. He's not really that interested to be fair but he'll understand in years to come. Bit of a **** kick off time really but I've got Monday off.
me, my girlfriend and her mum will be watching it together. They're mad for footy. dunno if it will be at a bar or just at home with drinks. i suspect the majority of norwegians will be supporting the english so it might be a good atmosphere
Gonna watch round my old dear’s. My old man was a massive footie fan and he would have loved to have seen England in a final. The one he saw before was the same year he met my mum 1966. So it feels right to be there with her seeing as my old man won’t be. My daughter is coming round too, not coz she likes football but because it’s an excuse to stay up late
used to get angry when i heard the 10 o clock news dinging coming on. waiting for me Dad to remember to say "ok, bed time son" ****ing 10 o clock news ****e
Not sure I'm allowed to watch am I, because I thought we were **** against Scotland? Someone will have to spell out the rules. Not living in England means I won't get this bonus ad hoc bank holiday, which is a bummer as the match is Sunday/work Monday! I'll watch in the house, few beers. A good few beers actually.
