it was more to the point of the awful win percentage on ITV , there is obviously no curse and is luck of the draw but the facts are there, and as a superstitious football fan id feel happier with it on BBC thats all, but people just like to take a dig at the pundits given any opportunity. most of them are overpaid and talk ****e.
Roy Keane is jut a parody of himself now, says the odd funny thing, but just goes out his way to be controversial even when not required , and its lost its appeal. the Frankie Boyle of punditry

we all know its bollocks but somebody shared the stat before this tournament and we win miles more games on BBC , there probbaly is something in the later rounds aspect , not sure

to be fair, i dont know why people get so wound up about pundits, always remember my old man fast forwarding through match of the day bits as a kid and when i whinged , he said just seen it myself , why do i need some so called expert telling me about it, and the older i get, the more i agree,
i just turn on for national anthems and then look at Maya Jama's twitter pictures for most of half time now, avoids the need of getting pissed off by them all

    ITV England record: P 24 W 4 D 12 L 8
    *BBC England record: P 22 W 15 D 3 L 4
*figures from the 1998 World Cup and onward

I might be wrong but always seemed itv get one of the three group games so the bbc have two. So they’ll likely have more wins cos of that
I can’t stand the hour now before a game

How long would that buffoon Richards be laughing before he was told to shut up by one of these?

The BBC are showing the match in 4k UHD, so that's what I'll be watching. That said if the BBC were showing it in 405 lines I'd still give ITV a miss! :emoticon-0100-smile

This is really going to test my loyalty. I've had a score on Italy outright at 9/1. May the best team win the final.

In cricket, tennis and rugby, they have incisive, intelligent experts who can speak proper like and read the events.

In football, we have dumbed down turds who are stat-rich and insight-poor.

When the BBC was at the cross roads, someone favoured the Motson School (king statto, 70 year old virgin) over Barry Davies (commentates on other sports, can speak proper like, doesn;t rely on stating the obvious and stats).

Unfortunately the BBC now favour the likes of Savage, Ferdinand and Richards, and we're stuck with these dimbos because they think we like it.

Get Chappers in over slimy Lineker and that would be a big improvement immediately.

how long before lee dixon suggests the time is right for grealish to come on?
hopefully we are well in control by the time he comes on.

he has a habit of saying great pass or shot and even after it is pointed out it was deflected he still sticks to his guns.
I wish keane could have a go as co commentator. he is the best on tv atm.

I think england will win 5 or 6 -0 tonight.
i bet 4-0 5-0 and 6-0 v ukraine. we could have scored a couple more if we'd gone for it but we took our foot off the gas.
we arent world beaters but denmark arent very good especially if i hear correctly eriksen is turning out for them tonight.....

Rarely agree with your views, and still don't. Better off one of them (TV channels) hire Burnsy and Swanny for their insight and incisive analysis ! :emoticon-0105-wink::emoticon-0100-smile
