    Just finished work. Nervous as all hell. Six hours to go, don't know whether to try and get some kip (K.O. 3am) or to just get on the beers. Very nearly fell asleep for the Ukraine game at around 2am doing the latter. Better set an alarm.

    Please, please, please England, you can toy with my emotions all you like tonight, you've earned that. But just get the job done. Put us into a final, I beg you.
