I would say there would be. Surely the club would be able to say the consortium are back at the table and going through odt?
ok so now you admit you have as much knowledge of confidential legal cases as anyone. Just speculating like the rest of us but with a little more knowledge on the cat process.
"We asked Mr Dowden to take the same issues I raised in the letter with Tracey to the government's heart and we want to urge the government to add their voice to our request to the Premier League to have these processes maybe in public. "We know nothing about the arbitration, we can't be part of the arbitration and we don't know what's going on. By having it in a public forum we have a chance to understand what's going on and how we deal with that. "I don't understand why there is an issue about transparency around all major businesses. I have to first of all say that I am a huge fan of the Premier League and naturally I am trying to become a part of that institution. "We should be very proud of the Premier League, but with an institution which is as important to Britain and the UK, transparency around the decision that regulators make is important.
They want us and they being PIF and AS and RB and they want it to happen. It must be incredibly frustrating for them the way the PL are being. It would have been easy for them to walk away. BUT they have not. They are sticking with us and this is the reason why I think the current play is critical. They have been silent for months but they know it’s now at the end zone. She even stated in the interview that MA wanted someone with the financial clout to take the club forward. It’s happening!
I just think she sounded a a bit frustrated and beaten in that video. It can't be good that the PIF and pcp have been in the dark for a year.
Remember the arbitration is NUFC v the PL and that has to be in secret so she should in theory no **** all hence frustration.
Why would Amanda Staveley admit to knowing anything about the Arbitration? Is it even anything to do with her?
