The Defendant is granted an extension of time in which to file and serve its evidence in reply until 5pm on 12 July 2021.
There is back and forth here but 30th June and 1st July appears to be significant. Ironically the date @Darren Peacock's Ponytail in which MA wanted this all resolved. Which leads me to think that was the original date for all evidence to be in and ARB starting. The key point here is once CAT starts.... that’s it. The PL do not want that. I believe that ARB will be resolved by 12 July.
Who is going to ban you? The mackem ****? The prawn sandwich ****? Or the I'm a mod in name only ****?

So if we were to win arbitration this week, is that the takeover passed? Or does the ODT just resume with that one big hurdle out of the way?
Think the odt restarts assuming PIF are there but with pretty much all hurdles removed so it's more of a formality.
So I guess there still won't be any kind of announcement by the weekend? Bah. Would have been great to have it announced on the Sunday just before the Euros final.
