Yeah the delay is just while Masters decides whether to lube up or go in dry. Such is his ire that we've had the nerve to question the PL, he's currently thinking dry.
I don't think Masters and co understand how much their delaying tactics will further harden and energise those on the other side. Mike is as stubborn as they come. The fans will go to any lengths for this club. They are just delaying the inevitable. This is not the time to let up, its a time to apply full pressure and be noisy annoying ****s. Cans.
It will definitely energise Mike Ashley but there's no guarantee at all the same is true for PIF. Last time they got pissed off at having to wait months for what should have been a 2 week test. They may well just walk again if they feel even the arbitration proceeding is filled with the same tricks.
The Sheikh_of_Araby told us bird and birds tactic is to delay and frustrate. Our leaders have come this far and they'll see us through imo
The Premier league is well and truelly running for cover... Begging for a 7 day stay of execution... There's no way after 18 months that our front line will hold their fire now.
Why? Bird and Bird are known procrastinators. All that Order says Is that the PL applied for and were granted a further limited extension.
The naysayers would be arguing that asking for another 7 days was a clear sign they're desperate if it was nufc asking for it. We've got them backed into the corner now.
So you actually have no insight into CAT at all and are just guessing like the rest of us. And this makes you better than Burnsie, how exactly?
The Premier leagues plan was to delay and frustrate and they've managed it for 18 months, but now they're realising they're ****ed. Times up
Normally with the delaying tactics I'd suspect the PL is probably thinking if they can just stretch this into the summer transfer window, the buyers will walk away. That matters not in this situation though. Mike isn't bothered now. He'd like it to be PIF but I think he'd just like to know whoever he chooses can't be just vetoed by the big boys. The PIF have been the only ones willing to meet the price though.
Nah not on specific areas.. Things that came out in the news afterwards and were not just your everyday generslised guesses.
Because I don't pass it off as "fact" on Twitter yo thousands of people. Burnsie and several other ITK's do. Some of the stuff said on here appears on Twitter. I have as much knowledge of confidential legal cases as anyone. I just happen to understand the process a lot more than many and do can make far more accurate guesses. That order is a time extension for submission of evidence. It is a classic time delay tactic.
