The PL won’t back down and cut a deal, that’s basically just them admitting to the world that they’re covering up some nasty ****, and that would gain traction very swiftly across wider fan bases. This one is definitely going all the way, and my instinct would be to assume they are within their rights to seek clarification on the ownership of PIF, but some sort of precedent or loophole will get Newcastle what they want either way.

Surprises me how much faith is instilled Jacobs. He's got buckets more charm than the NCSL, but he was kicked out of the BBC, has tons of ties to beIN, and did a podcast for the Chronicle that was sharply pulled. Thing for me is getting other club’s fans involved. How many of you could say that you’d fight tooth and nail to get the PL exposed if the Saudi backed consortium were buying Sunderland or even West Ham? Like I said earlier, it’ll need a leak of some sort to gain proper traction. The SL announcement spread like wildfire and the fans showed that they are stronger than any club, group or governing body when they stood together.
