I think this has no baring on the strength of their case. Arbitration is a coin flip and the anti competition evidence will be irrelevant when it comes to proving seperation. I suspect this is the last attempt to force the premier league into folding. I think if the premier league are faced with transparency they know they'll be forced to fold. The premier league of course won't be afraid to roll the dice otherwise as they have nothing left to lose having come this far.
Lots of misinformation in that article though there is acknowledgement that arbitration starts soon. Clearly the main aim is transparency and forcing the takeover through before the arbitration starts. Shows the absolute opposite of weakness
Coming this far means they've got a strong case, but they know transparency wins it 100% without the gamble of arbitration
It's a serious allegation that being made that would have repercussions if the accusations were false surely?
Except they aren't. They are raising public awareness of the PL's attempts to keep their dealings private. If they were damaging their highly experienced legal team would stop publication.
We now find ourselves in the bizarre position of being 100% behind Fat Mike. The twists and turns of being a Toon fan! Unbelievable!! Go Mike.!! #TeamAshley
they are simply trying to burn out the consortium will by saying nothing and doing nothing same as the previous occasion once the public see what they are trying to do they will not have a leg to stand on
Heard anymore on the communications from the PL to the club since the first public statement from NUFC?
I tell you what mind Staveley turned quick. I'd still love a shag off her but it's more of a Stilton type thing rather than a nice smoked cheese
I would imagine she's done whatever is necessary and even crossed the line to get to the level of success she has that's for sure.
No prizes for guessing the premier leagues response. Do you know I think I could strangle Richard masters to death
