Yeah I dont like cricket at all and toffs tend to watch it. Its a totally different thing. I don't care about cycles I want to avoid a crap cycle and nip it in the bud at the 1st opportunity. Why don't you just let me have my opinion? I got told to **** off last night it was exactly the same situation but short and concise I can't explain myself any more it is what it is mate
Ye boys are strolling into the semis, Ukraine are one of the weakest teams in the whole tournament and England are effective at getting results, comfortable 2-0.
Fair play to the Danes, they’ve really galvanised since the Eriksson incident, being driven by what happened makes them very hard to beat IMO, they just lack a bit of quality to be considered real contenders. I actually threw a few quid on them pre tournament to reach the semis so here’s hoping!
Not this one again Why is it whenever someone doesn't like my opinion they insult it? The weirdest part is that it's always me being told I don't allow other people's I just don't seem to care when England score it's just empty in that regard. If England win the good, but I'd prefer I wasn't bored out my brains for 90 mins of every single game that's all
They play much better football than England, but most teams do.. I think England will be too strong for them though.
I am not having a go and you are entitled to your opinion of course - I am just trying to understand your multifaceted and complex character. I have never been unfortunate enough to have to live in a country that I didn't like and I am sure I would find that very depressing. And to answer your earlier question do I enjoy watching England. Yes I do - but I enjoy watching Newcastle as well so maybe it says something about me. Some of my best life experiences have come supporting England at three World Cups (Japan, South Africa and Brazil) although it wasn't necessarily the quality of the football, but the passion of the England supporters, and the amazing atmosphere they created, win or lose, that made those memories.
I didn't mean to come across aggressive there's no need to explain yourself my friend. I'm a miserable arsehole and unfortunately I just can't get up for this football England are serving up. I used to love England but its just not there. I'm not happy with my country I've recent years either, but if I bring that all up it'll open a big can of worms I hope everyone enjoys the match perhaps England will have a go and I'll be delighted? I doubt it but there always a chance.
Whats wrong with that? If Southgate persists with his boring football I personally will be supporting the other team. If England win I won't complain it'll be good to win something in a way, but I'm looking at my long term interests. I really don't want this kind of football winning competitions as it'll become the norm for decades or even longer. Surely you can at least understand that?
