I said today that the PL attempt to get CAT thrown out had failed. Also said it several times before the statement last night.
I said they would do this weeks ago. I knew the slimy bastards would try it. And they will try everything. They won’t succumb. They won’t deal. It’s clear as day they are happy to take this further. If they get CAT behind closed doors. It’s all ****ed!

I feel like I need some credit somewhere as everything I’ve said lately has happened. And there has been no settlement and the ARB and CAT are going ahead (atm) as I also said.
We've all had things right and wrong.. It's been more than a year and every bit of news throughout has allowed for multiple positions.
How will it be ****ed if it is behind closed doors? A case is won or lost based on evidence within it, not on whether the case is played out in the public eye. That Keith fella was on Wraith's show again tonight and said the same as you...that the takeover might not happen if the legal proceedings take place in private. If that is the case then Ashley's evidence cannot be particularly strong.
It’s ****ed because it will not expose the PL for anything. And I suspect if it goes to CAT and behind closed doors the PL will be confident of winning. It’s that simple!
