Walker is the oldest player in the squad but the fastest in the sprint challenge according to an interview I saw
I can't say that Nuno is an appointment that excites me. However I am not sure that Poch was at the time. He has improved every club that he has been at and at Wolves he always gave the 'big' teams a decent match. The most important things now are that we get rid of some of the dead wood and bring in some quality centre backs, that Levy backs Paratici and that he sources the right players and that us the fans get behind the new management team.
I think that Walker actually did enough to help put Muller off, I think ideally he wanted another touch but knew that Walker might be too close if he took it.
If Nuno has any intention of being at the club next season, he'd be well advised not to play boring football. He's gonna have to hit the ground running or he's going to be caught up in people's anger at how badly things are being run. It'll surprise nobody that I think that he's in for a very tough time.
kind of thing Levy the idiot would totally lap up. He’s having another ‘special arrangement with Real Madrid’, I’m glad you can see it too.
Obviously this has nothing to do with anyone loudly demanding we appoint a manager, any manager - but not the two that Spurs fans have loudly demanded we don't sign, perish the thought...
Lol just as I joked when Ancelotti left, Everton appointed their new manager before Spurs Even the Sancho saga was resolved before Spurs got a manager
And they appoint a bloke who their fans were so happy about that they left death threats on the house of somebody who lives near him I don't think that's the "win" you're making it out to be
He gets my backing, it’s not his fault Levy will eventually throw him under the bus welcome to Tottenham, Nuno looking forward to him doing a number on City
Welcome, Nuno. You've got a pissed off fanbase, a team on verge of death and an expectation to play good football. No pressure, mate! .
Shouldn't he be holding up the keeper's kit? Our first goalkeeper as a manager, barring Ray Clemence's time with Doug Livermore in '92. Also our first African manager. Can't have been many in the Premier League overall, come to think of it.
