https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/57660542 Everton have appointed former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez as their new manager. The 61-year-old Spaniard has signed a three-year deal and succeeds Carlo Ancelotti, who resigned in early June to return to Real Madrid. "I am delighted to be joining Everton," said Benitez. "I believe this is a club that is going places. I'm determined to play a big part in helping this great club achieve its ambitions."
Normally I would say Ben is a very good appointment, but like Steve Bruce managed Sunlan before Newcastle, there'll always going to be that grudge from some of the Everton fans... Oh wait... I don't care... Why am I even talking about this? Seriously, I'm losing my ****.
If he gets them winning games and by any kind of fluky way above Liverpool in the league they will love him like a god, if they are hanging around mid table like they usually do they will hate him and call for his head on a plate.
