As I understand it (which isn't much) nobody knows when the decision will be made. They have as long to study the documents and case as they feel they need to reach the right decision.

Had this experience in relation to a Local Authority social services team who had tried to cover up knowledge of a social worker lying in court documents, leading to removal of children from their parents.
