Pizza was around hundreds of years before any PG Tips was tossed into Boston Harbour and Alex Harvey beckoned us forth. However, the Americans certainly popularised it and we generally eat versions of their rejigged design. Certainly in the northern and central regions of Italy, pizza was regarded as peasant food and generally eaten at the end of the week with any kitchen scraps and leftovers plonked on top of thin dough. These days, of course, pizza is usual in most restaurants in highly touristy areas.

I'm not bothered about rafa. He served us well, did a job for us and he'd have been a safe pair of hands, but if we have money he'd buy boring players and if prefer a younger and fresher approach.
