Exactly my point its a rumoured date, but we don't know that as a fact.

I'm happy to be wrong, but I've made my decision on how I think it's going to end.

I've actually already been wrong I said 2 weeks but ultimately I believe it's getting done before any court case

I mean for all we know the tests being run and has been 2 weeks.

There's just this big assumption that the court cases are actually going ahead and I'm of the alternative opinion.

Well we'll see and it's very similar to when I said arbitration was for change of ownership way back in October though.

I took some stick for that and never got any apologies.


I'll be the 1st to yield and take the hit if I'm wrong this time.

Arb starts tomorrow, PL win by Friday, CAT case then thrown out, back to Bruce/Ashley.
