Question, how do we now know what’s happening Monday? Arbitration is due to start, will we get confirmation that it has started? Is it publicly available? Also I presume there’s no update on the CAT filing yet?
We won't hear anything. Only the decision which I believe will be made public. CAT - There will either be a ruling dismissing the case (if the PL objection has been successful) or an order setting out the case management schedule if it goes ahead.
