I don't envy your situation, SuperC. I am surrounded by fans of various clubs at worK, but despite living in Forest Hill I don't know any other Charlton fans. That's why I keep logging on, to read what others think about our great club. Shame some are leaving but that's their decision, hope no more do.

Yep, been getting in work early so on the net until I start my shift. They are not getingt any extra time out of me :emoticon-0105-wink:

The reason for being more active....brb asked me to write an article after reading the blog I posted for Charlton Live and I'm fully aware of the issues here and that many of the old timers are leaving. I'm trying to combat that the best way I know how to give them less of a reason to do so.

    I won't always be this active mind, I do have a life....well I like to pretend I do :emoticon-0105-wink:

I did join to restore sanity. JA is an idiot. He didn't pull birds with Ian Wright eithr. If you want to call me allemon do so but he terrorised me for 3 and ahalf seasons not one game. If you have counted my posts at least read them accurately before reporting. :emoticon-0118-yawn:

Please don't worry me with threats like that . I am going to Steveage on Saturday by car as I know the northern line is not to there from Bank or any tube station. Incidently there are no overland trains from bank so you could not go to it that way.

Stop for pity's sake making up stories and responnding to people with knee jerk in accuracies.

Hi 56 years, I didn't call you a lemon I called you a 'lemon smuggler', I would never call anyone a lemon, apologies that you thought I did, those three years must have been very traumatic for you that you are still scarred by them now, jonathan has apologised to you at least four times on here though, and still you are having a go at him all the time, you must be able to see that he has changed from when he was younger, maybe it is time to accept his apology and move on with your life, as for pulling birds with Ian Wright, how do you know he didn't, if anything you sound a bit jealous of him, just my opinion no offence.

Hi Charltonutnut. No problem, realised my error after posting. What is a Lemon Smuggler? I know he apologised, he always does. So did Hitler for crossing the Rhine, entering Sudatenland, Austria and it all lead to Poland. My point is they mean nothing. I even bumped int o him at sat next to him at Port Vale in 96 or 97 when we won 3-1. Bradley Allen was playing then and he scored. JA had an opinion on each layer and it was seldom good. He is like a football anachist/ anti christ rolled into one and despite all poisons everything even an enjoyable afternoon in Burslem, home of Port Vale.

his stories are mad. I know Ian Wright is not like that. He would be unhappy if he read the accounts of him and lets not forget he is Bradley's father.

I was at a sports themed trade evening for a company I worked for, a treat for our customers. We were in a hotel in Hertfordshire and it as used by Arsenal FC. We had Emlyn Hughes (top man and really interesting) and Dickie Bird ( Interesting but smug) as speakers. Ian Wright was a casual observer with oter Arsenal players. Ian Wright is a great guy, friendly and helpful and considerate. Bear it in mind when laughijng at JA and his stupiidity

I demand an explanation of the terms "lemon smuggler" and "chalkboard kisser"! Otherwise I shall start making up my own like "melon resizer" and "spare tyre painter".
