Why would losing to them last season make any difference to this season? We can't sign anyone out of contract until Thursday (or at least we can't announce them) and you have to assume the majority of our deals will be frees and loans as per the standard in L1. There are about 6 weeks until the season starts. I don't think we need to panic
need some more pre-season games sorted, even if just 'kick-a-bouts' with consett, shields, darlo etc...need the squad used to each other and ready to rock.
being handed the league winners Trophy will be an added bonus as well. but where are we going to get the tickets from

No worries. I think a cousins husband won one years ago ??? There's a lot sold the cars they won here, they've since changed it to ten grand. Although the cars (Astra's mainly) Were about 14 grand i think ??? Most sold them for around 10. That idiot I worked with was adamant it was a 20 grand motor and wanted 15/16 ffs. He held on for a few month then finally took ten and you guessed it. Moaned like fook
