Apparently Chelsea are going to send Billy Gilmour out on loan. One for us to look at maybe or do you think we should be done with loans?
Gilmour: Chelsea will want games into him can we offer him that? He looks a good player in the making but he's still very raw. He's still virtually a Prem Virgin. Im also not a fan of improving a player who's not ours especially a Prem team. We don't want another Ben White situation. The lad could be anything and could be a shrewd loan for someone if true but the lad still has a long way to go.
Norwich interested apparently. You make some good points. Looks a Bielsa type player was just my thoughts.
you have a valid discussion mate. he could well be a world beater and in another view he could well help our team over a season. I just think we are in a better position now than adding value to other Clubs players. I also think Chelsea would debate loaning him to us as they could quite easily think we are a top 6 contender next season. Which goes on the other foot them not wanting to help us.
I agree, we got our arses bitten over Ben White (although he helped us to 100+ million for promotion). I’m far too pessimistic to think about top six contention
Said it before but I would buy Gilour simply because he has the potential to be a top player and Bielsa can improve him. He will also keep Rodrigo and Klich on their toes. So would get game time no problem but easier having a young lad who knows hes getting an education to wait on the bench, than buying a top player who will expect Klich to sit on it?
Good for you, I’ll be following all your posts but I’ll still be the miserable, worried looking ****er sitting in my local every game we play
Poor Brighton, they thought they had spent £25m of the Ben White money on Nico Gonzalez but he decided to go to Fiorentina for £27m ahaha
That is a quality own goal from the Slovak keeper in the Spain game it was harder to put in the net than put it over the bar. Could be very costly as it could put them out the competition.
Got to say that Platini’s legacy is to ruin this competition. Not holding it in one country was a mistake, all the fans being out there, fan parks, the host nation excited, hopefully never happens again. And to expand the number of teams has made the quality poor. No dig specifically at Scotland but when you haven’t won a game or scored a goal but can still qualify for the knockout stages in your last group game is ridiculous. Just taking the piss out of paying fans to generate money with little jeopardy for the big nations. Can’t wait for the premier league to start again and watch Bielsa ball, though he’s got to knock the six weeks of **** coaching out of KP and get him back on track.
