    It's not bollocks at all. Look back and you'll see that Vlad specifically mentions the live fire exercises. NATO and the Ivans have played cat and mouse ever since the formation of the alliance.

    Reminds me of the time when we were out on the drink in Marseille and a small Russian gunship was manoeuvring out of a berth. We were shouting all manner of insults until we realised that they were actually coming into port, and we legged it when they starting throwing ropes onto the quay. Some of them bumped into us later that night, and it wasn't too cordial <laugh>
