Saka has been a bright spark. Him and Grealish has been our most dangerous players. Another anonymous performance by Kane.

 

We are bang average. Not awful, but we have no chance against the heavyweights (France Italy Belgium etc) we have the talent, but ****ing awful awful tactics

Playing two holding midfielders during this tournament will be our downfall. There’s no link-up between the holding midfielders and the attacking midfielders.

It seems like Southgate has one game plan and it’s to score early and hold onto a 1 - 0 lead for the rest of the game. Utterly ****ing boring and it won’t work against teams who press high up the pitch like Germany or Belgium.

Let’s be honest, Phillips is a bang-average player. He’s a solid player but I think I can count on one hand the amount of forward passes he made in this game and the Scotland one.

 

An absolute glut of talent in our squad,probably some of the quickest players on show in the tournament,yet we huff and puff!!!

From now on in we simply have to use it or we're OUT!!! Southgate,get a grip FFS!!!

 

Beggars belief that he can get in the starting 11 yet Honeyman somehow didn’t even make the squad.
