Suarez was a genuis at that exact thing, at 1st you thought it was fluke then you realised he did it in purpose. Maybe saka the same ive not watched enough of him to say
I think England get to play at Wembley if they win the group and I remember @Libby pointing out before, that once we get pass the next game, we get an easier run through?
Who the **** does Henderson think he is? Since before he even set foot on the pitch he has been trying to tell players where to go and what to do (straight after the managers half time talk) and we have now lost control of midfield
I think Willock's best position is centre midfielder, bruv. Different position to Saka, I think. @Roy Munson to advise
Yeah, Saka is a wide player, but Willock would be behind Smith Rowe in terms of selection. Willock has also been used on the right for us, so he’s got both Saka and Smith Rowe to contend with. Still plenty of opportunities for him to get games for us next season though
Notnsure mate but i still would like to see this England team unleashed, chains off. Perfect game to see what they can do imo but i guess im looking at it from an entertainment angle rather than tactical
Would like to see Rashford after around 70 mins Want to see a front three with Sterling, Rashford and Saka
Southgate aint into entertainment mate, probably come from the Peter Taylor (U21's) school of coaching, boring football.
Needs some good game management here from England. No need to throw loads of players forward. Just let Saka and Rashford do the running on the flanks and keep the midfield tight.
I had Taylor at my club mate, couldn't wait for the Chairman to finally bin him off. Worst football ever, 'keep one up Taylor.' Before that I'm sure him and Southgate were managing the U20's/21's for England at the same time.
