That poster on 606 has said what he said yesterday about the CAT documents was posted to uncover the mole who nicks his info for twitter.

So what about a few days ago when you said your "trusted" source told you the PL had failed to stop the CAT?

 

That one is correct to the best of my knowledge.

 

I thought you said that was just a lie to get the mole?

Keep an eye out on the CAT website. I should imagine the decision will appear there before 28th June (the reported start date for arbitration.)

 

The only truth is in Medina messenger of God.

If arbitration starts 28th - Monday, then I would expect a decision on the CAT objection by Friday.

If the tribunal agrees that Rule 34 Tribunal Rules apply, St James Holdings application under Competition Law Act 1998 can be summarily dismissed.

If the PL's objections are rejected a date will be set for the start of the case. Interestingly, a successful outcome for NUFC in arbitration could go against the PL in CAT.

 

When will you and the idiots in the media realise?

There's not going to be a court case.

 

The media, wraith, Edwards and the rest of them! They all talk a good game, but not one of them is capable of putting two and two together.
