The question was addressed to @Sheikh_of_Araby Of course Burnsie can't be right on both claims - if a deal has been reached then the cases would be dropped.
I cannot say yes as there is no evidence to conclusively say so. I believe that it is possible but I am proceeding on the basis that arbitration and CAT are going ahead.
I read burnside tweet as saying both cases are green lighted but an agreement will be reached out of court in the next 7 days. In other words the only viable option for PL is to now deal otherwise they will face unsinkable cases.
In cahoots with that Keith Paterson bloke, both are the ones who started that NCSL thing. He's likely a bit ITK, but quite what he's getting at is anyone's guess. Says it's a "bit of fun" - I don't think any NUFC fan is enjoying one second more of this ****ing takeover, let alone some tosser tweeting cryptic clues.
