If an out of Court settlement had been reached the arbitration and CAT cases would not be going ahead. Burnsie is so thick he doesn't realise the contradiction in what he has said. I give these so called twitter ITK a very wide berth.

I know it's the NCSL and Keith is a tool, but following on from the article posted above, if this is true then it is disgraceful that Liverpool and Man Ure got away with a token fine.
If they have settled out of court the parties would file a declaration to that affect to the arbitration panel and CAT. They can still discuss settlement even if the hearings go ahead. They just tell the panel/ judge who then makes a summary ruling binding the agreement between the parties and enforceable in law.
You have worded your answer so that @Roy Munson and I interpret it differently so I will ask it again Mr Sheikh of Araby: Do you believe that the parties involved in this legal action have already reached a deal?
