Its incredibly hard to prove, the only way they could prove it IMO is with Audio/Visual Camera evidence, ie you actually here him say it on camera, or one of the officails heard it, even lip reading wouldnt be enough.Secondly, it would start off an absolute minefield, before you know there will be accusations/Lawsuits, even from years gone by, all over the show

 

Well Busquets was facing a 5 game ban, so you'd assume Suarez would be given similar IF proven.

 

Ah I remember it now.

I think in that case the pathetic nature of both clubs played a part.

Uefa would of had to suspend both clubs.

 

I looked at a few past cases.

Some were thrown out, some were found guilty and banned, others led to the police being involved such as a young motherwall player in 2001.

 

No they wouldn't. If you read the article, the suspension relates to the player only, not his club.

A whole club don't get a 3 match ban if one of their players gets sent off, do they?

 

Chelsea groundsman - The groundsman was deemed to of used offensive and discriminatory language. Evra was wrong in calling it racism but he wasnt lying. Just mistaken.


So when making racist allegations people, Patrice Evra is sometimes found to be mistaken

 

I mean if uefa had dealt properly with everything from that game. it was a farce remember. An utter joke and a terrible advert for football.

Racism was just 1 bad thing from the game.

 

I cant argue with that. His past would suggest on one occasion he was mistaken.

 

It was actually thrown out, if you want to know, because of lack of evidence. Busquets claimed that he wasn't saying 'mono mono', but something that might have 'looked' the same (I can't remember what it was he claimed).

SO, even though they had footage of his mouth moving, they still couldn't prove it. Unless they've got a mic trained on Suarez, they probably won't prove that either.

 

Yeah, but that isn't the issue we're discussing. See above why it was dismissed. Each 'offence' was dealt with separately, it wasn't all just scratched off.

OK , they may have video evidence, but as they reported the incident to the ref 20 mins after the game, they wont HAVE A CLUE, whats on the video, and from what we have seen ,there aint even anythin even remotely close of proof of racial abuse

 

replays are available seconds after the incident.

 

So in the 20 mins after the game, someones been fast forwarding through a video, tryin to to find Suarez movin his lips, and hopin for dear life that it looks like he say the word ni%%er , or words to that effect.......errrrrrr no!!!

Like I say , this is what has happened,Fergies heard his player, say someones made a racist comment,and Fergies said we had best report to the fa, let them deal with it.No one has got a clue what is on video

So when you say pretty certain United have got video evidence, you are talkin out of your backside, cos they wont have had a clue whats on video

 

Evra would of said exactly when it was. Would of taken seconds.

 

Yeah, IF the footage is available. It isn't like ****ing De Ja Vu with Denzel where they can hone in on everything that's ever happened. If they didn't film it, it won't be available.

If they did film it, they'd need a good shot of his mouth, and preferably some audio.
