I’m going to suggest the PL met the jurisdiction deadline (last Friday) and that it was filed with the express view that it “should not be evidenced” in the public domain due to the sensitive nature of it. For the Jurisdiction to uphold and overrule the CAT they would have to have some pretty meaty evidence which could implicate the ARB. They have possibly convinced CAT to “not” release any further info until the decision has been made (to throw out CAT) or not.
There’s only one of these options which has potential to happen. And that’s JL marrying you. The rest is proper deluded stuff mate!

I'd be surprised if that happened. It would only be if publically releasing prejudiced the case. The PL tried to have valuation evidence included to assist them with their response. Rejected by CAT.
In more positive news if the takeover does go through, it looks as though we may dodge the bullet of having to bored to the high heavens by Rafa Benitez. Gone to bore the other half of Merseyside most likely. Takeover done, Potter in for me.
