I think we will get 6pts in the next 3 games. Wins against Chelsea and City (both narrowly) as we will raise our games but we will get hammered at Spurs.
We bought back QPR legend Steve Wicks today, so why not...... bring back Dave Thomas, I reckon he would of done better than this lot!
the team should be able to relax, enjoy, bond and learn from these games, not much expected. don't want too many yellows or reds from these games, that could hurt more in the longer term.
I think we will get a draw against chelski a draw against spuds and nothing against city..sometimes its good to play the better teams as they play football, rather than the long ball **** that stoke etc produce.
Iâll have a go, but there will be a few âifsâ in this..... We are now changing to opponents who will be looking (and expecting) to win rather than avoid defeat. They will look to be the dominant team and push on against us. If we defend well if we start to pass better if Wright-Phillips regains his form from the Newcastle match if anyone else can keep up with him if we have a forward on the field who can shoot straight we may catch them on the break.
I'm not expecting much from the next five. I don't want to sound unduly pessimistic but we have to brace ourselves for the fact we could be bottom or close to it going into the West Brom game. After the performance yesterday, our season will depend on what NW pulls out of the bag in Jan. It's Catch 22. We need good players (like Crouch would have been) to stay up - but such players won't come to us if they think we'll sink anyway. Bothroyd needs to up his game. FFS fellow fans. Why all the gloom and doom. Were not at our best yet but we are still half way up the premiership table.This is a tough league over 38 games (not 8) and there are no easy games but we are hanging on in there. Neil Warnock im sure will sort the team out and well stay up.Even if results dont go to plan in the next few weeks, this is the sort of league where win 2 or 3 in a row be it December or January and you go 5 or 6 places up the table. It wasnt long ago we were getting thumped by teams like Stockport County in league 1 so a draw with Blackburn in the Prem is hardly a disaster.

Apparently Chelsea haven't kept a clean sheet yet in the PL this season. I know this is clutching at straws but at least we might score, not much good if they bang in 4 or 5 but hey i'm trying to be positive. Also a case for the defence, ignoring the bolton & fulham thumpings we have only conceeded 4 goals in six games, thats not bad especially as one size has been involved. Onwards and upwards i fancy we could just sneak a point on sunday!!!!!
