And horses don't die in the National every year. They die too often, but far from every year. Up For Review was the first fatality in 7 years.

It’s almost silly that so many people are scared to fly, even though driving remains the number one cause of death in most age groups.

Chances of being involved in an injury accident
Get ready, because this is some scary stuff. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), two out of three motorists will be involved in an injury accident during their life!

Whether you are the one who becomes injured or not is another story, but that’s some eye-opening stuff. Two out of three? Geeze!

    Revisiting the dangers of driving
While fatal driving statistics have continued to improve over the decades, driving our cars remains the single most dangerous activity we perform during the day

You really do like making **** up on the spot. Driving isn't the leading cause of death in any age group, nevermind most!

Why are you quoting a study on roads in the United States, some of the most dangerous in the world, when we are talking about driving in this country??

You think we're less prone to injury or death?

    Driving isn't safe at all

Compared to the US roads? Yes!!

You are far more likely to be killed or seriously injured on a US road than you are on a UK road, both by percent of the population and by billions of miles driven. It's not even close. You are nearly 5 times more likely to be involved in a serious accident in the States than you are in the UK.
