Who said it was airtight? They have either broken the rules or not. The issue is that if they have broken the rules they shouldn’t get a say in their own punishment. That’s ludicrous.

They haven’t broken the rules. They are £20bn worth of footballing real estate they have very good legal teams, not one club across Europe from the 12 has been docked points or taken to court.

m not even sure it got as far as them getting to deny approval. It was shut down within 72 hours because of the fans backlash.
