Actually you need to reread the posts, you said you remained unconvinced, you didn’t accept the explanation.

 

It had mechanisms in place for sure, but it wasn’t participated in, or entered into, as the member clubs had no approval. Approval was sought when the news broke, and swiftly denied by the other 14 clubs.

I think the whole story centred around them attempting to agree a settlement, I didn’t say it had been settled just that why would they be given the chance to agree their own punishment and if they haven’t broken any rules why would they agree to any punishment?

 

I love how you lot by the way, are adamant the PL are inept when it comes to a takeover yet their legislation is air-tight when it comes to punishing ‘ESL members’.
