    That depends on the contract.

Carroll's was reportedly pay as you play. They usually expire 31st May.

The biggest ****housery part about the Carroll saga isn’t the fact that we have offered him a contract.....

It’s that he’s pondering accepting it. The ****ing cheek of it. This is where Gayle is also at.

Now although I think it’s completely bonkers we have offered him a contract in the first place. Could the fact that they are “pondering” signing them mean they are also waiting for some sort of ARB ruling which will clearly affect them either way?

They will be signed to cover the club should legal action drag on past the date when next seasons PL squads have to be filed.

Here's the latest reminder! I told you all quite clearly that your claims about potential punishments were ridiculous.

A token fine just like I said.

Yes I seen that. Points deductions was the only real punishment which would have done any real damage. Any fines will be small in the grand scheme of things for them clubs.

What I don’t get is how they can agree the fines and the other 14 can’t have a say?

Carte blanche to do it again.

That is why our CAT case is important. It will expose everything. Now can you see why the PL want it thrown out?

I watched read and listened to the most bizarre things after those clubs 'chose' not join. It was like the fans thought there was some huge power shift, so I told them clearly that nothing has changed and that it's business as usual, but they wouldn't listen.

Waited until it died down then they'll throw a few pennies at some peasants while the euros are on and it'll be swept under the rug.

    Definitely not.

There are those out in the world that choose to ignore the obvious - football in this country is corrupt to the core.

    100%

I am really hoping that the CAT case happens. It will expose everything. The irony of it being that Mike Ashley could be the one that opens the floodgates.

St James Holdings wins the case then every other PL club outside of the six will consider taking action against the PL.

I also doubt we're going to get the change in legislation the government faked up.

Let's not forget that **** Boris new all about the ESL plan and gave it the nod.

Basically they will be arguing that the money they give (big 6) that none of it should go to the other PL clubs because this gives them more money to spend.

So they are probably agreeing to put the money further down the pyramid making the PL look better for it. But ultimately the big 6 win again.

I hope so, but whether the clubs actually got anything big is a major doubt I have.. If all they've got is the ****e NCSL had then it's not going to cause a single ripple

I reckon the Pl argument for the CAT case to be dropped will be the significant financial impact on the whole football pyramid. That the consequences would be catastrophic for football.
