Something has happened if they release a player they don't do it without careful thought You don't sit someone down or call them up and say we don't want you anymore unless you're sure.

All legal cases that go through the courts are on public record I believe. The jury are representing the public.

CAT cases might be different mind and I’m no legal expert!

 

There's no case if it's thrown out though.. It never goes to court..

It would however take a bit of time after the event for it to be updated.

I might be wrong here but the CAT case was filed the day after the ESL was announced but was in the news until about 2 weeks later.

Even if the case is thrown out there will be a summary judgement outlining the reasons why. There will be a case number and anyone can read it.

CAT case thrown out then we only have arbitration unless that happens after July.

CAT case goes ahead it suggests then thst is strong evidence in saying that arbitration will succeed.

Ashley withdraws the CAT case then it suggests that arbitration has succeeded or a settlement reached.
