Not necessarily. It's up to the club to announce any deal so it could have been sorted and it's just waiting for the formal takeover which could take ages

The CAT case is legal and in the public eye. If it’s been dropped it will be communicated. However I guess it could be dropped for two reasons: MA has dropped it The courts have thrown the CAT case out Either way it will be stipulated.

Yeah I think so, which is why people are saying that if Rafa goes to a different club, then the takeover isn't happening. I do believe the rumours that he has a hotel booked in Istanbul on the 16th, but by then it should be clear what is happening with us.
This guy has a lot of spare time on his hands. I guess if we win arbitration he will also have a lot of money in his hands also.
I do think he is the choice of AS. It is definitely odd he hasn’t taken up a job given there are so many available. The turkey thing I don’t buy. He has a family who won’t want to move there and he doesn’t need the money and he can get jobs here. That just doesn’t make sense.
