Probably not. But it’s possible that if they don’t want ARB to happen then tomorrow is the day which they say the case is closed!
I just hope we at least hear they failed to get the CAT case thrown out. If we hear they succeedef I'm going into the its off camp.

An update released on the CAT website laid out the Premier League made a specific request to extend their deadline to answer and challenge the anti-competition case. Sign upto our daily newsletter please log in to view this image General view inside the stadium prior to the Premier League match between Newcastle United and West Ham United at St. James Park on April 17, 2021 in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. They requested an extension to June 15. While an extension was granted, it was not as long as the Premier League requested. Instead, they now have until 5pm on June 11 to respond. Referencing the arbitration – run by a totally separate legal team employed by Ashley – headed up by Shaheed Fatima and Nick De Marco, the papers state: “In arbitration proceedings with Newcastle United Football Club, which are said to cover materially identical issues to those raised in the Claim and which are being heard on an expedited basis in July 2021.” The papers also revealed the Premier League are seeking extensions to deadlines in relation to the filing of evidence for the arbitration hearing itself. It reads: “As present, it is not known whether the Defendant will be granted the separate extensions of time which it is currently seeking from the arbitral tribunal but in any event the extension which it is there seeking for disclosure is to 26 May 2021, which is also its current deadline for filing its evidence. "Whether or not it is granted an extension for filing evidence to 9 June 2021 as it has requested, I consider that it can prepare that evidence in parallel with its evidence in support of the Jurisdiction Application. "I do not see that the Defendant will be prejudiced by a limited extension. Taking all this into account, I consider that a slightly more limited extension of time to 11 June 2021 is appropriate and justified.”
So I’m reading that as being: 9th June for ARB evidence 11th June for CAT evidence But legal people confuse me so I may be wrong.
The CAT case will not be thrown out. The issues are wider than those for arbitration. Arbitration if successful will allow Rule A to be satisfied, I.e., that KSA PIF are separate so only the named PIF directors can be assessed. Rule F then applies - should be a formality. We then only hear when it is announced by the club/ consortium. CAT - transparent. Everything is public so we know. If Ashley drops the CAT case rather than the case is thrown out then that will suggest thst arbitration has been successful or a compromise reached.
Hadn't realised there were different dates. Mainly because everyone is hanging on about the CAT. So what is tomorrow deadline for then?
Arbitration evidence by the PL. however if a deal has been agreed with MA and PL then there’s no need for it. This the ARB case gets dropped. But as @Sheikh_of_Araby has said we won’t get to hear that. And that’s why I think tomorrow might be important. If ARB has been dropped. Then the CAT won’t happen (imho) and so if we don’t hear anything between tomorrow and Friday close of play then ARB has NOT been dropped and it’s going to the wire and the CAT case happens. So basically if we want it the easy way something has to happen between tomorrow and Friday 5pm.
