    this 'initiating contact' or to give it the correct term 'cheating' is the only reason i thought VAR might be useful for, to cut it all out...instead the rules of the game appear to have been altered to suit the cheaters with the now accepted media/pundit view of 'if there was contact it is a foul' so VAR is simply used to prove there was some kind of contact rather than prove who was at fault, grealish (along with others) have learned to take full advantage of that and it is annoying to say the least, as soon as they lose control of the ball they side step into a player and fall over.

    grealish is just the latest media darling but while i think there is genuine talent in there he wastes so much of it and loses 'points' due to his play-acting...impact sub at present for me, if that.

    That's the thing that narks me with this England side. The same over the years, in fact. We play as individuals rather than a team.

    Other sides look like well-oiled machines whereas we look like something knocked up in a shed.
