Bruce didn't choose Jones. That is another thing he is trying take credit for. It was Steve Nickson following instructions from Charnley.
Bruce interviewed him and offered him the job and both Jones and bruce have spoken to confirm that. What evidence have you got for that claim? Let's say you're right which I'm going to need something solid to believe does it really matter? Because whatever was done worked! The current coaching and management set up actually works mate.. Yes but then I heard Jones say he spoke to bruce and decided to come home followed by Bruce saying he interviewed him in London. I'll try again though because whether he did or didn't is actually irrelevant because I don't care whos in charge or how things get done if it works and it worked. Another fair point. Come on chaps I hate Bruce but what he’s saying is actually right. I wanted Bruce gone and I still do with a takeover but I’m unsure what will be better under Ashley. We had Rafa and he did brill for us but not top 7-10. Bruce had a shocking 1st half season but pulled it together 2nd half: so come on give him some credit. I would want better but I can’t see what better there is under Ashley.
